LIMBUS COMPANY

Here is one of my hyper obsessions, Limbus Company. This is one of few mediums I like where I actually enjoy most if not all characters. In this case though, its everyone. At least the main cast. In this shrine I shall explain how I feel about each of the main cast members. Someday I hope to read all the books, since it kind of inspired me to wanna read more.

Those who are sensitive to topics such as blood and death should avoid this shrine and game. And like all of Project Moon's works.

I PLAY ALL EVENTS

Limbus Company is an RPG made by Project Moon. Based off of literary classics as well as a continuation in their own series between games and web comics. You, playing as a clock-headed character who can't recall a thing, must manage 12 sinners. All of which struggle to get along. The game itself is a large reference to Dante's Inferno. Though it can be very serious and brutal, it can make light of situations. Even memes here and there.

For those who do have an interest in playing I suggest you do. You can still play without playing previous games and/or reading previous webcomics. Its available on Steam, Apple Store, and Google's Play Store. So its accessible to more people than PM's earlier games. Some important references from earlier entries in the universe may not make sense, but you'll still be okay to progress. If you do play, feel free to add me and use my sinners as support if you'd like.

10 - Dante
Dante's Inferno - Dante Alighieri
Dante is supposed to be us the player for the game. Personally I love how dorky they can be, but its kind of hard to take seriously. But we don't know much of them and they're learning about the game with us. I love the Doomsday Clock reference for them. Even if they're a bit hard to take seriously, seeing the hands tick closer to midnight has me curious to see what hell is about to happen.

Vergilius
Dante's Inferno - Dante Alighieri
Usually when this man is on screen its one of two things: either someone is in trouble and he isn't having any of it, or some lowkey funny shit is happening. I'm pretty sure he trolls Dante for shits and giggles. The April Fools event spoke for itself. I love his relationship is Charon and Dante. Both of which are always great to see.

Charon
Dante's Inferno - Dante Alighieri
Charon is the driver of Mephistopheles. Its a bus that resembles the front cart of a train. She's regarded as being in her own world, barely speaking, and only wants to navigate how she chooses. Not gonna lie its such a mood. Since she distants herself from the group we don't see much of her. However I always enjoy seeing her have a part in the story so far.

01 - Yi Sang
The Wings - Yi Sang
He was actually a bit boring for me for quite a while, and the potato and milk was not helping his case, however I think he came around for me. It just took all the way up into getting his arc for me to change my mind about him. I did have a big challenge defeating the dungeon for his arc, but the chapter was really pretty. I love how things turned out after too.
IDEAL

02 - Faust
Faust - Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
She's quiet, pretty, and smart. Taking lots of pride in her intelligence, she usually is ignorant to how others handle her mannerisms. I do often use her on my team since she has great identities, so I might be biased a bit, but I like her character. I am curious how her arc is gonna go and how she even became a sinner. Since she's one of the more mysterious sinners on the team.
WALPURGISNACHT

03 - Don Quixote
Don Quixote - Miguel de Cervantes
Chaos incarnate. Don always makes me smile when I see her on screen. I love her upbeat attitude and how eccentric she is. She's confident and is able to be herself even when the rest of the world is depressing. There hasn't been a time I've gotten annoyed by her, but I do say when I use her on my team and anyone corrodes the always target her and that makes me sad. Leave that lil' guy alone!
SUENO IMPOSIBLE

04 - Ryoshu
Hell Screen - Ryunosuke Akutagawa
Ryoshu is cool and I refuse to take no as an answer. Sure she's merciless and cold hearted, but with all the lil easter eggs, hints, and references she has I really can't wait to see how her arc will go. She's giving Kill Bill energy. Slay away! Oh she use's a a lot of Sangria, a Japanese or Korean idioms, that she abbreviates. Sometimes it throws me off. But it doesn't change my opinion about her.
FOREST FOR THE FLAMES

05 - Meursault
The Stranger - Albert Camus
Tall. Stoic. Obedient. Thats all we really see of him. He's not bad but also a bit boring. He does have his moments I enjoy though, like him being a blunt smartass. I don't have much else to say since I also had no good identities for him for the longest time and ven took me a long time to actually roll an identity for him that wasn't his base one. I have no luck with him sadly.
SOLIEL

06 - Hong Lu
Dream of the Red Chamber - Cao Xueqin
This fucker is cool but eludes me every time. I barely had anything for him and always had to use support from my friends if I ever needed him on a team. Like Meursault, I have a hard time being able to use him cause he's another one who I have bad luck with. He is handsome and charming though. I did finally get his K. Corp. Identity thugh so not as bad.
ILLUSORY LAND OF GREAT VOID

07 - Heathcliff
Wuthering Heights - Emily Brontë
Pretty brash, I like his attitude sometimes, but he's also annoying. His identities are nice to look at though. I have no good ones except his Sunshower one. Its hard to use but not bad. Maybe in his arc I may come to like him more like Yi Sang. I can't lie though I love shithead characters.
REVENGE

08 - Ishamel
Moby Dick - Herman Melville
I relate to her so much. She is the most level headed and realistic of the team. Often putting logical resonings before emotional ones. Her relationship with Dante is very sweet and you can really see how they care about one another and really understand the other more than they do with anyone else they work with. She's also super cute.
HEARSE

09 - Rodion
Crime and Punishment - Fyodor Dostoevsky
Fake it till you make it. Well thats kind of how she handles things. She's really pretty and charismatic, but you can tell how she really feels when the spotlight isn't on her. Looking at her when its not about her, she looks like she's actually trying to be herself, and not masking with a facade. She may be one of the more backseat characters at times but I wanna see more of her. Her arc was a breeze.
DISSENT

11 - Sinclair
Demian - Hermann Hesse
Sinclair! Oh he's so precious I wanna pinch his cheeks. He's a sweet character, the softest of the Sinners. With his arc he's beginning to stand up more for himself and speak up when he needs to. I love when he shows up even if its for like 1 line. I have him as my announcer for when I do battles. I do not have an obsession I swear on my life. Anyways his identity was fucking beefy. I have most of his stuff except for his Stew E.G.O.
VOGEL

12 - Outis
The Odyssey - Homer
Outis. Outis. Outis. The lovely war criminal and boot licker herself. I love her design and even though she has a really 'trying hard to please' attitude toward the manager I still like her. Even though I don't really like people doing that to me personally. I wanna see more of her war criminal side rather than ass-kissing.
NOBODY

13 - Gregor
The Metamorphosis - Franz Kafka
Old roach man. Haha. Well he's not actually that old. But I liked his arc. He looks so done with everything all the time and I fucking feel that too man. I love his style and I like how each identity and E.G.O. changes how his arm looks. For reference he technically has an amputated hand? Well more like a giant roach arm. It depends on which one you're looking at. I like them all though.
UNGEZIEFER

I'll add more to here eventually. I might even make a game log for this game. Since its ongoing and its one of the only long run gacha games I actually play.
